Recently, control of the company has been taken over by an "Investor Activist," and with her new board of directors in place, she is requiring all levels of management to take online training to help instill a new corporate culture to maximize productivity and profitability. The company has been plagued by sexual harassment lawsuits and a generally toxic work environment driven by the "old boys club." The new board of directors has hired a consulting firm to assess each executive's personality type so a custom curriculum can be developed for the most effective training session(s). Those not complying with the training requirement will be terminated. A company executive has completed their assessment, and the appropriate curriculum has been identified, what follows is "Training Module: Understanding Your Motivation" that matches their personality profile. A surprisingly attractive woman is the facilitator for the training. She would turn heads at any corporate HQ or on a red-carpet event. She is purposely dressed to entice and distract.
